DIGITAL MILLENNIUM COPYRIGHT ACT NOTICE

The Water Biz DMCA Takedown Policy

4M Ventures Inc. dba The Water Biz (TWB) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects third parties to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, The Water Biz will respond to claims of violations of this agreement if such claims are reported to The Water Biz utilizing the procedure and delivered to the mailing address or email address outlined below.

DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement(“Notice”)

1. Notice of alleged violation must include your electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner (or someone authorized to act on behalf of the owner)
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
3. Identification of the alleged copyrighted work to be removed. Include a description of the work and the URL where this infringing content may be found. This URL should be to the page in question to assist TWB in identifying the allegedly offending page or work.
4. Provide information reasonably sufficient to permit TWB to contact the reporting party including the full legal name, company name(if applicable), physical address, mailing address(if different from physical address), email address, phone number and fax number.
5. A statement in “good faith belief” that the work is not authorized by the copyright owner or agent.
6. A statement that all of the information provided in the takedown notice is accurate and that the person sending the notice is either the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Title 17 USC 512(f) provides civil damage penalties which includes costs and attorney fees, against any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents certain information in a notice of infringement under 17 USC 512©(3).
